SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 was read the                                                    
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 19 Relating to the support of fisheries education, training, and                                
research and encouraging collaborative efforts between the state, the                               
University of Alaska, and other educational institutions to provide                                 
fisheries education programs, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken
